The show itself captivated audiences with powerful scenes such as Mansa Musa’s Mali, a portrayal of the opulent empire, Ile Ife, the cradle of Yoruba civilization, and Land of Sheba, echoing the legendary tales of Queen Makeda. Other memorable performances included The Gold Coast”, illustrating the wealth and trade of the West African coast, Matric Dance from South Africa, and Congo (La Sapier), celebrating the flamboyant and fashionable culture of Congolese sapeurs.
