Africa Day 2024, themed Diámóndi, was a vibrant celebration held on April 21, 2024, that highlighted the richness and resilience of African culture. Inspired by the concept of Africa's precious and diverse "diamonds," the event showcased the continent's unparalleled heritage and historical depth.

The photoshoot preceding the event was centered around the elements of nature, capturing the essence of Africa's landscapes, from lush rainforests to sun-drenched savannas. The show captivated audiences with powerful scenes such as Mansa Musa’s Mali, a portrayal of the wealthy empire, Ile Ife, the cradle of Yoruba civilization, and Land of Sheba, echoing the legendary tales of Queen Makeda. Other memorable performances included The Gold Coast”, illustrating the wealth and trade of the West African coast, Matric Dance from South Africa, and Congo (La Sapier), celebrating the vivid and fashionable culture of Congolese sapeurs.

Africa Day 2024 was elevated by special guest performances that infused the celebration with energy and talent. EESA dancers and the Afro-Hoos Dance Team showcased vibrant traditional and Afro-fusion choreography, while MC SJD TOLA kept the event engaging with his dynamic hosting. Musical highlights included performances by Dipo! and Temi, adding soulful and rhythmic sounds, and the LFDA Dance Team brought high-energy modern dance to the stage. These acts enriched the show, making it an unforgettable tribute to African culture and creativity.
